SET UP/OPENING TIMES
Set up from 7.00am on show day
Show opening times are 9.00am until 5.00pm on Saturday and 9.00am until
3.00pm on Sunday
Because we are restricting the movement of vehicles within the Showground you
will need to check with the office to see if you are able to move.
Food Vendors
- Temporary food vendor application form will be require to be filled out
- Food Safety Supervisor is required for every stall holder regardless of what food and beverages are being sold/given out unless deemed not required utilising the link below, https://www.foodauthority.nsw.
gov.au/retail/standard-322a- food-safety-management-tools/ standard-322a-food-safety- management-tools-quiz - Vendors also need to provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance.
CHARGES FOR GROUND SPACE
SITE FEES/GROUND SPACE – Includes 1 (one) person entry per site.
Commercial sites $10 per meter
Sideshows NO CHARGE
Power Points $10 per power point for sideshows and stands/stalls
Three Phase Power $30
Sideshow caravans $10 per day per van
Applications for ground space/stalls must be lodged with the secretary seven (7)
days prior to the show date and applicants must provide current public liability
insurance.
Please report to the office upon arrival near the main entrance and you will be
allocated your space. Should you require extra space that has not been listed in
your application we have the right to refuse this if none is available. If we have
space available, you are required to pay the additional fee on the day.
Should you want to hand out any brochures of flyers, this must be done from with
the stall/site only.
